Hi! I’m Jody

I’m a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), Longevity Coach and Energy Medicine Practitioner — and my work is about helping you feel like yourself again: clear-headed, energized, grounded, and vibrantly alive at any age. I support women who want steadier moods, better sleep, more energy, healthier digestion, and a body that feels like it’s working with them again. My approach is rooted in longevity and the understanding that how we live today shapes how we age tomorrow. Together, we explore the whole picture — your daily habits, stress patterns, thought loops, gut health, and the foods that nourish you best — without rigid rules or one-size-fits-all plans. We look at what supports your body, mind, and emotional well-being so you can build resilience that lasts. Because lasting wellness isn’t only about what’s on your plate. It’s about the gut-mind-immune connection that shapes your vitality… and the “soul nourishment” that brings joy, purpose, and balance. My role is to help you understand what your body is trying to tell you, choose habits that support long-term youthfulness and resilience, and reconnect with the part of you that knows you’re meant to feel good — now and for years to come.

My clients range from Gen Z to Baby Boomers, but they all share something in common: a deep desire to feel authentic, grounded, and more like themselves again. In our work together, you’ll have a safe, judgment-free space to explore what’s really happening beneath the surface — physically, emotionally, and energetically.

As your coach, I’m your guide and partner. I bring tools from integrative wellness, mindset work, gut-supportive practices, nervous system regulation, and energy medicine, and together we uncover what supports your body and mind best.

My role is to help you hear your body’s signals more clearly, understand what they mean, and choose supportive habits that align with who you’re becoming.

We explore what nourishes you — on your plate and beyond it — without rigid rules or one-size-fits-all approaches. You’ll learn to tune into your body, make choices that support long-term vitality, and build habits that help you feel vibrant, clear, and resilient.
